By creating an account or using Protocol ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Protocol is a habit tracking application that allows you to log daily habits, record mood, write journal entries, track time, and view historical trends. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Protocol, including habits, completions, journal entries, mood logs, and timer records. You can export all of your data at any time from your account settings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
You agree not to:
We strive to keep Protocol available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
